Emerging as one of the top R&B Urban artist in the country, Cincere was born in Chicago and raised in Milwaukee. He struggled in his early years living with his mom and siblings in shelters for the abuse and dissenfranchised.
“I Do,” Cincere’s first radio hit was recognized as one of the top 100 songs of 2004 by KISS radio. A 21st century love song, “I Do” has fast become an anthem for lovers.
The fan base is solid, adoring, supportive, and uniquely diverse. His polished professionalism has made him a favorite opening act for national artists including Mario, Babyface, Bobby Valentino, and Sly and the Family Stone, just to name a few. A 27-day tour to Southwest Asia as the quest of Armed Forces Entertainment introduced the young artist to men and women serving overseas.
Cincere’s anticipated sophomore album was released in November 2009, ME is a CD for the young and seasoned listeners. “ME” proves that Cincere is delivering more than music; he’s inspiring changes in contemporary entertainment.

Cincere maintains his commitment to give back to the community by his consistent in-kind involvement with non-profit organizations, central city shelter’s, and schools. In 2010, he participated in the Next Door Foundations Walk to promote non-violence. As well as facilitating workshops with various battered women’s organization’s in Appleton Wisconsin. Cincere went on to participate on a panel for the 2010 Summit on Teen Dating and Sexual Violence in Wisconsin Dells. He also, opened for the R&B group Cameo at the 2010 Summer Fest coined the Big Gig...just to name a few. “I really just want to make others smile. I do not have money to give, so I will give what God gave me.”
Cincere is sharing his uplifting story of hope with hundreds of young people in the central city. He donates more than 50 school performances annually. His message is compelling and engaging…make the right choices…stay in school…stop the violence…take responsibility. During the summer of 2005, Cincere joined with Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett and the Boys and Girls Clubs in promoting the Safe Summer Program. More than 10,000 young people signed non-violent pledges. Cincere recorded “Show Me The Way,” which was used as the theme song for the project. Thousands of copies were distributed to young people who kept their pledge promise.
Cincere’s devotion and interest in supporting positive social change has made him a favorite with leaders, educators, and parents. Proudly displayed in the artist’s home are awards from community organizations and Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett’s proclamation, naming a day each year in his honor. He is equally proud of his recent acceptance to perform for Armed Forces Entertainment and is awaiting an international tour schedule.
